Excellent! We had the Wagyu Maminha Stone Axe and Faux filet selection Butcher mature. Medium rare on both. And frites. Cooked to perfection! Cheesecake with raspberry sauce. Perfect. And of course the service. Attentive and quick. We highly recommend Butcher. We will be going back. A lot!
We booked this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both chose the Argentinian steak and it was superior and one of the tastiest and tenderest steaks we’d ever had. It was quite simply delicious. We were also impressed at how the carrot accompaniment could taste so good.
For dessert I had the chocolate fondant cake with ice cream. The beautiful chocolate cake was decadently rich and just melted in the mouth. My husband had the cheesecake and for someone who loves his cheesecake this was the best he’s ever tasted and you could tell it was homemade. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re staying in Lyon and the whole experience was enhanced by the quirky decor. Thank you for a great dining experience.

En revanche le placement à la cave est plus que moyen (froid et humidité) pour le prix payé.
